These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 36bajee ("36bajee", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://36bajee.net and all related services, products, features, and content offered through it.

By accessing the 36bajee website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Age Verification

36bajee takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously. At any point during a player's use of the platform, 36bajee may request documentary proof of age and identity, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active 36bajee account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, balances will be forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. Account Currency

All 36bajee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion charges are applied to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions.

36bajee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name and matches the name on their 36bajee account.

Deposit Methods & Limits

Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The standard minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically reflected in the player's account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Prohibited Transactions

Such activity will result in account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and full forfeiture of the balance involved.

All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any funds derived from bonus activity may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳10,000 in eligible bets must be placed before any withdrawal is processed.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Free spins, free bets, and cashback credits that are not used within the specified validity window will be automatically removed from the account without replacement. Wagering requirements that have not been completed within the bonus validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the player's account.

Bonus Eligibility

Players who operate more than one account, who use VPNs or proxy services to access the platform, or who are identified as engaging in bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

Responsible Bonus Use

Prohibited Activities

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account using your personal details, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, analyse odds, or place bets at a speed or scale not achievable by a human player acting alone.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, miscalculated odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided at 36bajee's sole discretion.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game category where player-versus-player interaction exists, in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the 36bajee platform.
• Reverse engineering, hacking, scraping, or otherwise attempting to access proprietary data, source code, or backend systems belonging to 36bajee or its technology partners.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 36bajee staff or other players through any communication channel.

36bajee uses automated fraud detection systems as well as manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily suspended while a review is conducted. Players under review will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except where immediate suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

36bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by 36bajee.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform systems.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion, account closure, or cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Prolonged account inactivity (as defined in 36bajee's dormant account policy, published separately).
• Any other circumstance in which 36bajee determines, in good faith, that continued account access presents a risk to the platform, its players, or third parties.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 36bajee support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining verified balance (minus any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings. Self-exclusion can be activated for periods of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or marketing communications will be processed. 36bajee will take all reasonable steps to ensure that a self-excluded player cannot reopen their account during the chosen exclusion period.

36bajee provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability, security, and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 36bajee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Temporary or prolonged platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or service interruptions beyond 36bajee's reasonable control.
• Loss of betting opportunities, missed bets, or altered odds resulting from technical errors or connectivity failures on the player's end or the platform's end.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers, including game malfunctions, RNG outcomes, or rule changes in live dealer environments.
• Any losses incurred as a result of the player's own gambling decisions, including losses arising during bonus-funded play.

Nothing in these Terms limits 36bajee's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 36bajee operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
